Typically for Virgin hair it will take 5 to 7 days, for custom orders it typically takes 7 to 10 days. **Delivery may vary based on address and courier, we DO NOT guarantee arrival dates**

No, you may click paypal and pay as a guest with your credit card.
You should only dye our virgin natural hair, the customer assumes full responsibility if dying custom coloured hair which may result in damaging the hair an will no longer be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Yes you may return the hair for an in store credit if you decide to change your mind BUT it must be in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging(restocking fee may apply). 2. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange) 3. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your original order. *There are no returns on custom hair, Time for custom hair may vary.
Yes it is recommended you wash your bundles with Stush shampoo prior to using for best results. However the hair is steam cleansed and moisturized so it is also ready for immediate use
YES. Our extensions are made of 100% Remy human hair and you can treat it as your own hair.
Yes. As it is 100% human hair, it can be straightened, curled and coloured. Always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first. It is best to always use a heat protection product before applying heat to the extensions.
Depending on the size of your head it takes 3-4 bundles. Also depending on the look you are trying to achieve, if you are using 20 inch to 26 inches its best to use 4 bundles for a more full looking head.
All of our extensions are natural black and can be dyed to any colour, occasionally we have limited edition colours and styles we release for a brief time period.
They can last anywhere from 1-2 years depending on how well you take care of them, and if you are doing daily maintenance. If they are not taken care of properly they can last from 3 to 6 months.
